Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof insists the criticism coming his way is only uses as motivation.

The Swede has been questioned in the English press as he`s battled to settle since his summer arrival from Benfica.

However, Lindelof told Expressen: "You will always get criticism no matter what, when you are at this level you always get criticism.

"There is nothing that disturbs me. It`s a carrot to work harder and show them that you can perform at a very high level and I know I can do that. So I work hard everyday and it`ll come."

Meanwhile, Lindelof has also spoken of working with Zlatan Ibrahimovic at United.

"We have mostly talked in general. He wishes me luck.

"We have not been in the gym at the same time. But he looks very strong."
